Carpathian Vineyards has a singular focus on Napa Valley's Stags Leap District. This unique position allows us to form an unrivaled team, making the most of this remarkable AVA.
Hand-harvested in the cool early morning hours, the fruit is immediately subjected to rigorous selection by our three-tiered sorting process. This includes our cutting edge optical sorter to eliminate less-than-perfect berries, cold soaks lasting approximately five days and fermentations managed by pump-overs.
This amazing vineyard lies on the eastern side of Napa, just south of the famed Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars SLV Vineyard. The climate at this foothill vineyard is heavily influenced by the nearby San Francisco Bay and results in cool night temperatures that moderate the warm Napa Valley days. The soils are alluvial loam.

Enticing aromas of crushed blackberries and cassis are complemented by dark chocolate and grilled beef. Black licorice, cocoa powder and espresso add complexity to this opulent wine. Exceptional concentration and a rich mouthfeel create a powerful impression that finishes with polished tannins a hallmark of Stags Leap District vineyards.

2019 Radient CHENIN BLANC & VIOGNIER
Minimal intervention in the winery, ensuring the reflect varietal purity. Spending four months in third use oak, this Chenin Blanc 80% & 20% Viognier is fresh, well-structured and displays fleshy deliciousness with each sip. The palate has notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and allspice, with a touch of mineral on the finish. Drink this with a chargrilled fish dish to bring out those pineapple flavors.

2020 PASO ROBLES Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon has a focus on individual vineyard blocks which are de-stemmed separately into small stainless steel fermentation tanks and barrels. Grapes are cold-soaked before the must is warmed and the fermentation initiated.
Aromas of blue and red fruits, tobacco and cocoa. The front palate is broad, rich and mouth coating and only punctuated briefly by chewy tannins before the wine builds through a long finish.
